Westgrove Clinic is an appointment based primary care clinic. We provide medical services to the communities of Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Parkland County and surrounding areas. We operate under the Medical Home Model, providing team-based services of physicians, pharmacists, nurses, dietician, social worker, and therapist to our patients all under one roof.
